Damaris has had no idea what she wants to do with her life. After graduating high school early she went to Sam Houston State University where, as an English major, she won awards for her essays and excelled in her theatre and psychology classes. Her goal was not to become a writer but a magazine/newspaper editor. After returning back to her hometown of Dallas, she managed a newly-built Sonic in Grapevine where she acquired many skills involved in any (boring) business, including management of store, bills, inventory, customers, and employees. Realizing that she was tired of being the all-American Sonic Barbie, Damaris became heavily involved in downtown activities such as bikini contests, runway shows and photo shoots, while bartending at different places. All of which led her to the one and only Darrell Faircloth. Darrell made Damaris his poster-child for Howsaboutabeer.com and she became his die-hard promoter. Learning how to network better and sell profiles on the website has brought Damaris where she is today, working with Howsaboutabeer.com and promoting but also working as a rep for Network Promotions, selling premiums and promotional materials. Everything Damaris does ends up being fun unless it's with Howsaboutabeer, which means it is twice the fun. Damaris loves to meet new people and firmly believes that things are the way they are for a reason. She is grateful for the people in her life and can't wait to see where this new road leads her.
